Abstract: ABSTRACT AI-POWERED CLINICAL INTELLIGENCE SYSTEM FOR DENTAL RADIOGRAPH ANALYSIS AND PATIENT MANAGEMENT The present invention discloses an AI powered clinical intelligence system (100) for automated dental panoramic radiograph analysis and patient management. The system (100) integrates a dual model AI pipeline comprising a YOLOv8 based object detection sub module (132) for localizing nine dental conditions and a ResNet 18 based multi label classification sub module (134) for holistic image level assessment, with results merged by a result aggregation sub module (136) into a unified diagnostic report. The system incorporates an incremental learning module (200) employing an experience replay buffer (202) to enable continual model adaptation without catastrophic forgetting, a semi automated annotation module (190) for accelerated dataset creation, and a CBCT processing module (140) for automated extraction and structuring of CBCT images. All components are integrated within a full stack web application comprising a user interface module (110), backend processing layer (120), and data storage layer (150). [
