Abstract: Abstract In the modern digital ecosystem, cyber threats are becoming increasingly complex, adaptive, and automated, rendering traditional signature-based security mechanisms insufficient. The AI-Powered Cyber Threat Detection System addresses this challenge by leveraging machine learning and deep learning techniques to detect malware, phishing attacks, and anomalous network behavior in real time. The system follows a structured pipeline involving data collection, preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, deployment, and continuous monitoring. Supervised learning models such as Random Forest classifiers are used for malware and phishing detection, while future enhancements incorporate deep learning and unsupervised techniques like Autoencoders and Isolation Forests for anomaly detection. The system is designed to be deployed as RESTful APIs using Flask or FastAPI .This approach enables scalable, adaptive, and automated cyber defense, significantly improving detection accuracy, reducing false positives, and enhancing response time compared to traditional security solutions.
