Abstract: ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION AI-POWERED ENERGY AUDIT TOOL FOR SMALL FOUNDRIES / FACTORIES The present invention relates to an energy monitoring and audit tool for small foundries and factories. The tool is configured to collect electrical energy-related parameters from individual machines using smart meters, sensors, or compatible industrial monitoring devices. The collected data is transmitted through supported communication protocols to a data ingestion and storage system for recording and analysis. An analytics and rule engine processes the data to determine machine-wise energy consumption, estimate energy costs using available utility tariff information, analyse peak-load conditions, compare measurements against predefined thresholds, and generate energy-consumption reports and alerts. A user interface presents energy measurements, historical trends, estimated costs, machine status, and abnormal energy-use indications to support energy auditing and operational decision-making. The architecture further provides for optional future integration of artificial intelligence and machine-learning functions for energy forecasting, abnormal-pattern detection, ,shift-pattern analysis, and energy-saving recommendations. The tool is intended to assist small foundries and factories in understanding energy usage, identifying potential energy wastage, and improving energy-management practices.
