Abstract: The present invention relates to a hardware implemented system and method for real time validation of returned products in e- commerce, retail, logistics, and warehouse environments. The system includes a 360-degree motorized positioning platform, a high- resolution image acquisition module, an embedded processing unit with firmware-based feature extraction and comparison circuitry, a centralized repository for storing multi angle images and product signatures, and an automated return validation unit. During dispatch, the system captures high fidelity images from multiple angles and generates corresponding physical feature signatures. During return processing, the system recaptures product images under substantially similar conditions and performs hardware level comparison with stored signatures to identify substitution, tampering, damage, or mismatch. Based on predefined hardware encoded thresholds, the system classifies each return as acceptable, rejectable, or requiring manual review and triggers corresponding routing actions. The invention provides a low latency, scalable, and accurate anti-fraud framework system. Fig. 1
