Abstract: ABSTRACT AI POWERED HEAT MONITORING SYSTEM The AI-powered heat monitoring system is designed to detect and prevent overheating in electrical equipment by continuously monitoring electrical parameters. In this project, current sensors and voltage sensors are used to measure the current flow and voltage level in the system. These sensors collect real-time data and send it to the controller for processing. The collected data is then analyzed using an AI-based monitoring approach to identify abnormal conditions such as overload, voltage fluctuations, or excessive current that may lead to overheating. When the system detects unusual electrical conditions, it immediately displays the information on a digital display, allowing users to easily understand the operational status of the equipment. This helps in identifying the possible cause of overheating at an early stage and enables users to take preventive actions before serious damage occurs. The system improves equipment safety by providing continuous monitoring and quick fault detection. The proposed system offers a smart and efficient solution for monitoring electrical devices such as motors, fans, and other industrial equipment. By integrating sensor technology with artificial intelligence, the system enhances the reliability and performance of traditional monitoring systems. It also helps reduce maintenance costs and prevents unexpected equipment failures. Therefore, this project provides a practical approach for improving safety, efficiency, and fault detection in electrical and industrial applications.
