Abstract: Al-powered IoT-cloud platform for dynamic management of chronic pain in palliative care. The platform integrates multiple sensors, an IoT controller, a cellular communication module, cloud infrastructure, and intelligent analytical processing for continuous patient monitoring. 5 The sensors acquire heart rate, blood oxygen saturation, body temperature, skin conductance, movement, and electrocardiographic information. A Raspberry Pi Pico W receives and preprocesses the acquired sensor data, while a SIM800L communication module enables cellular transmission of processed information to a remote cloud platform. The cloud platform stores and manages current and historical patient information for longitudinal 10 monitoring. An intelligent analysis unit processes the collected information to identify changes and patterns associated with patient conditions and pain-related responses. The platform generates pain assessments, alerts, and decision-support information for authorized healthcare professionals and caregivers. The invention supports remote, continuous, personalized, and responsive chronic pain monitoring in home-based, hospital, hospice, and 15 palliative-care environments.
