Abstract: AI-Powered Skin-Adhesive Diagnostic Patch for Real-Time Health Monitoring This invention describes an AI-integrated, skin-adhesive microfluidic diagnostic patch designed for non-invasive, real-time disease detection and biomarker analysis using sweat and interstitial fluid. The system comprises a biocompatible adhesive substrate with embedded microfluidic channels, facilitating passive fluid absorption and transport to colorimetric biosensor zones preloaded with biochemical reagents. These biosensors undergo visibly detectable color transformations upon biomarker interaction, enabling rapid diagnostic feedback without electronic components. A smartphone-compatible QR code links to an AI-driven diagnostic application, where machine learning algorithms analyze biomarker intensity variations for automated, objective health assessments. The AI system compensates for environmental variations, categorizes biomarker levels, and provides real-time medical guidance. The disposable, biodegradable design ensures cost-effective, scalable deployment, particularly in decentralized healthcare settings. By eliminating blood sampling and laboratory dependence, this system enhances preventive healthcare, early disease screening, and accessibility in resource-limited environments.
