Abstract: The present invention relates to an AI-powered wearable system for air-gesture multi-instrument performance that integrates advanced technologies including AI-driven posture recognition, flex sensors, capacitive touch inputs, EMG-based muscle intention sensing, IMU tracking, and mmWave radar to accurately capture finger positions, hand shapes, wrist orientation, and motion dynamics. Each recognized posture automatically activates a corresponding instrument mode such as piano, guitar, drums, flute, tabla, violin, or synth pads, eliminating the need for manual selection. A 3D Spatial Music Engine maps the air around the hand into virtual zones representing keys, strings, or drum surfaces, while haptic feedback recreates the tactile sensation of physical instruments. Operating wirelessly, the device supports live performance, MIDI output, looping, and gesture-based music production, enabling musicians to perform an entire orchestra in free air using only their hands.
