Abstract: Job recruitments now a days is one of the main problem faced by an Job seekers what is actually happening is the job recruiters are using ATS friendly resume analyzers, by using them recruiters will reject you for that position.so the actual point in my project is we am including a chatbot which give the feedback why my resume is rejected based the similarity check with job description and applicant resume. Same as the ATS resume analyzer , my project is also works on keyword specification similarity, it compares the key words which are mentioned in JD and resume the missing words are stored so chatbot can give feedback for the questions. The semantic analysis mainly concentrates to find the specific meaning of the word and decides whether it is skills or academic details. So this ATS resumes match keywords without understanding the meaning of words and then decides about resume. For job seekers suggestions and corrections are decided with the data from the database.
