Abstract: The titled invention discloses an autonomous drone-based healthcare logistics system for delivering medicines and emergency medical supplies to remote, hilly, and geographically inaccessible regions. The system addresses the challenges associated 10 with conventional transportation methods, such as poor road infrastructure, traffic congestion, adverse weather conditions, and delayed emergency response. The system integrates a multi-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle with a flight controller module (4), a companion computer module (3), a GPS navigation module (2), a telemetry communication module (6), a propulsion module (8), and a payload delivery module 15 (9) for secure transportation and delivery of medical supplies. A user interface module (1) comprising a mobile application and Ground Control Station enables healthcare personnel to schedule and monitor delivery missions in real time. The flight controller module (4) autonomously performs takeoff, waypoint navigation, payload transportation, medicine delivery, and return-to-launch operations using inputs from 20 the GPS navigation module (2), companion computer module (3), and sensor module (5). The safety and failsafe module (10) provide geofencing, low-battery failsafe, GPS monitoring, emergency landing, and return-to- home functionality to ensure reliable and secure operation in challenging environments.
