MUMBAI, India, Nov. 2 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641123387 A) filed by Psna College Of Engineering And Technology on October 15, 2026, for Aland Iot Self-Cleaning Drip Irrigation Blockage Detection.

Inventors include V. Revathi; Dr. N. Pandeeswari; M. Backialaks Hmi; A. Priyanga; R. Janani; S. Ragul; and H. Mohammed Harith.

The application for the patent was published on October 30, 2026, under issue no. 44/2026.

Abstract: ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION Al and IoT SELF-CLEANING DRIP IRRIGATION BLOCKAGE DETECTION An Al and IoT-enabled self-cleaning drip irrigation system for blockage detection is disclosed. The system comprises a plurality of independently operable drip irrigation zones, hydraulic sensing arrangements for monitoring zone-wise flow and pressure, and an IoT-enabled controller configured to monitor the hydraulic condition of each- zon&. The system- detects abnormal hydraulic conditions corresponding to blockage or leakage, automatically isolates the affected irrigation zone and initiates hydraulic flushing for cleaning the isolated zone. Following flushing, the system verifies the hydraulic condition of the affected zone before permitting irrigation to resume. The system further comprises soil- moisture and water-quality monitoring arrangements and may be powered by a solar power arrangement. The disclosed arrangement reduces dependence on continuous manual inspection and enables autonomous, zone-wise fault management and self-cleaning of a drip irrigation network. The present disclosure identifies an AlfIoT- enabled title, but the supplied material does not specify a particular Al or machine-learning model. Accordingly, no specific Al algorithm has been inserted into the claims. If the actual prototype uses AI/ML for anomaly detection or prediction, its technical inputs, processing steps and output should be added to the specification and claims after confirmation.0[1A
