The proposed system enables users to upload recent images or videos of restaurants along with contextual text reviews, providing a realistic and up-to-date representation of the dining environment. To ensure content reliability, the platform incorporates an EXIF-based validation mechanism, which analyzes metadata such as timestamp, location coordinates, and device information to verifY the authenticity and recency of uploaded content. This validation process is further supported by an administrative verification workflow, ensuring that only accurate and relevant information is published. To encourage continuous user participation, AmbienSee integrates an incentive-based model where contributors receive rewards or digital coupons upon successful validation of their uploads. The approved content is displayed in a dynamic feed organized by recency, allowing users to explore restaurants based on real-time conditions and personal preferences. AmbienSee enhances decision-making, improves user satisfaction, and provides restaurants with a cost-effective and credible promotional channel driven by genuine customer experiences, thereby reducing reliance on traditional advertising methods while building a trust-based ecosystem.
