Abstract: The present invention relates to Amino-containing heterocycles induced seaweed polymer for healthier seaweed seedling growth in laboratory conditions. The present invention also discloses the process for the preparation of aminopyridine-induced seaweed polymers. The present invention mainly discloses that APISPs are suitable to safeguard growing seedlings from aerobic and growth medium contaminations and enhance seedlings' growth. APISPs of the present invention control the diseases in commercially important algae Kappaphycus alvarezii (red seaweed), Sargassum polycystum (brown seaweed), and Ulva lactuca (green seaweed). The present invention provides seaweed polymer-based therapy for healthy seedling germination and propagation in laboratory conditions.
