A student interface enables creation and continuous updating of profiles with academic milestones, skills, projects, and achievements. A faculty verification module reviews and validates submitted data and assigns verified status with audit logs. A data processing module performs cleaning, normalization, validation, and feature extraction, and flags duplicate or inconsistent entries. An artificial intelligence engine evaluates candidates using parameters including grade point average, verified achievements, skills, and project relevance, and generates ranking scores and shortlists. A recruiter interface enables search and filtering based on predefined criteria and presents only verified profiles with performance summaries, thereby enabling reliable academic tracking and efficient candidate shortlisting.
