MUMBAI, India, July 24 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611065578 A) filed by Noida Institute Of Engineering & Technology on May 25, 2026, for An Adaptive Multipath Mitigation Technique For Wireless Communication.
Inventors include Saurabh Sharma; and Sukanya Singh.
The application for the patent was published on July 17, 2026, under issue no. 29/2026.
Abstract: An adaptive multipath mitigation technique for wireless communication is disclosed. A received signal is conditioned, sampled, and analyzed to identify delayed propagation components affecting receiver performance. A multipath profile estimator determines delay, phase, amplitude, and confidence characteristics, while an adaptive coefficient controller governs delay compensation and path weighting. A reconstruction module forms a corrected baseband signal, and a residual error monitor provides feedback for coefficient refinement. The technique reduces inter-symbol interference and improves demodulation reliability under changing propagation conditions.
