Abstract: An Adaptive Sensor Fusion System for Two-Wheeler Collision Prevention The present invention relates to an adaptive sensor fusion system for two-wheeler collision prevention and emergency response, designed for retrofit compatibility with any existing two- wheeled motor vehicle. The system integrates ultrasonic proximity sensors for rear and blind- spot threat detection, a master controller for real-time distance classification, haptic footpeg vibration actuators and mirror-border LED indicators for dual-channel directional rider alerts, an inertial measurement unit for crash event detection, and a GPS and GSM module for autonomous SOS dispatch to emergency services including live location coordinates. An optional camera module supplements proximity sensing with visual threat analysis. The system is designed for large-scale deployment in the twowheeler segment, addressing the safety deficit by providing pre-collision awareness, postcrash emergency response, and optional fleet-level safety monitoring in a single unified architecture
