Abstract: ABSTRACT Title: AN ADAPTIVE ZONE-BASED INTELLIGENT CROWD MONITORING AND PROXIMITY-TRIGGERED ORGANIZER ALERT SYSTEM WITH lOT-DRIVEN 5 VISUAL STABILIZATION AND BLOCKCHAIN-SECURED EVENT LOGGING The present invention discloses an adaptive crowd monitoring and stabilization system designed for real-time detection of localized congestion and coordinated response in large gathering environments. The system comprises surveillance camera units (1) for 10 capturing live video, an edge processing and analytics module (2) for detecting individuals, and a zone segmentation and risk classification engine (3) for computing density and identifying risk levels across spatial zones. Organizer smart tag units (4) provide real-time location tracking of response personnel. A proximity-based selective alert module (5) identifies the nearest organizer to a high-risk zone, and an alert 15 transmission module (6) sends alerts exclusively to the selected organizer. An automatic alert deactivation mechanism (7) deactivates alerts upon arrival of the organizer. loT-based visual intervention devices (8) provide controlled visual cues to regulate crowd movement. A blockchain logging node (9) records system events in a secure and tamper-proof manner, while a web-based monitoring and control server 20 (10) enables real-time supervision. The invention ensures proactive, efficient, and coordinated crowd management with reduced panic and improved accountability.
