Abstract: An adjustable saddle backrest assembly (100) for a vehicle (200) includes a vertical member (102) fixed on a grab handle (202) of the vehicle (200) and telescopically configured on a saddle backrest (102B) for enabling vertical movement of the saddle backrest (104). The adjustable saddle backrest assembly (100) includes a base (106) fixed to the vertical member (102) and slidably configured on the grab handle (202) such that the sliding movement of the base (106) enables horizontal movement of the vertical member (102). The adjustable saddle backrest assembly (100) includes a controller (108) configured to receive inputs from a user using an interface unit (110) of the assembly (100) upon detecting turn ON position of a key in a key assembly (204) of the vehicle (200) and actuates an actuator (112) of the assembly (100) facilitating the horizontal or vertical movement of the saddle backrest (104).
