Abstract: AN ADVANCED HYDRAULIC LOAD UNLOADING MECHANISM WITH MULTI-AXIS CONTROL The invention discloses an Advanced Hydraulic Load Unloading Mechanism with Multi Axis Control designed to provide efficient and flexible unloading of heavy loads in multiple directions. The system comprises a hydraulic power pack (1) including a hydraulic pump (8), electric motor (4), and oil reservoir (12) with filter (11), configured to supply pressurized hydraulic oil through hydraulic hoses (7). A hydraulic cylinder (3) actuates reciprocating motion of the trolley bed, while a directional control valve (5) regulates fluid flow to achieve lifting and return strokes. A pressure relief valve (10), shut off valve (6), and pressure gauge (9) ensure safe and controlled operation. For rotational motion, the system employs an electric motor (4) coupled with a chain drive mechanism (5a), enabling the platform to rotate up to 360°. The assembly is mounted on a steel frame or chassis (2) supported by trolley wheels (13), with mounting bolts and fasteners (11) securing all components. A microcontroller unit (9) automates control, synchronizes hydraulic and rotational movements, and allows real time adjustments based on sensor inputs. This multi axis design reduces unloading time, minimizes manual labor, and improves energy efficiency. The invention is particularly advantageous in transport, logistics, and industrial applications, where quick turnaround and adaptability are essential.
