Inventors include Dr. Sairam Vallabhuni; Patnam Madhavi; Shaik Nazeer Basha; Medooru Swathi; Dr. P K Venkateswar Lal; Bellamkonda Kiranmayi; Patan Sabjan; and Mavalluru Swathi.

The application for the patent was published on October 30, 2026, under issue no. 44/2026.

Abstract: An agentic AI and quantum computing based self-evolving cognitive architecture is disclosed. The system has a multi-modal perception layer, a quantum encoding and processing layer, an agentic cognitive core with cooperating agents, an autonomous goal discovery engine, a self-evolution engine, a hybrid classical and quantum memory, and a governance layer. The goal discovery engine finds gaps in knowledge using a quantum kernel, generates candidate goals, scores them for novelty, utility, feasibility, risk and cost, and selects the best goals using QAOA or quantum annealing. The self-evolution engine monitors performance, creates variants of the architecture, evaluates them with quantum assistance in a sandbox and deploys the best variant with rollback. The governance layer validates every goal and change. The system adapts continuously and operates safely, with fallback to simulators or classical methods.
