Abstract: The present invention relates to a system for automated document structuring and formatting using command synthesis, conflict- resolved execution and a custom tool registry. The system comprises a document ingestion module for extracting content and metadata, a structural analysis engine for generating a structured blueprint by classifying document sections, a dual-stream command generation module including an autonomous detection stream for identifying formatting inconsistencies and a conversational stream for converting natural language user inputs into executable formatting commands. A command merging module resolves conflicts between generated commands using a target scope-based hierarchical priority mechanism, ensuring consistent resolution of overlapping instructions. The method includes ingesting a document, performing structural analysis, generating dual-stream commands, resolving conflicts, and executing final commands via the tool registry, thereby enabling automated, consistent, and user- aware document formatting with reduced manual intervention and improved structural accuracy across documents.
