Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention relates to an AI-based integrated smart tourist assistance and emergency support system (100). A user interface layer (102) enables user authentication, dashboard access, and interaction with tourism and emergency services. An AR monument recognition module (104) identifies monuments and retrieves location-specific tourism metadata using artificial intelligence. A multilingual natural language processing translation module (106) provides voice and text translation for multilingual communication. A GPS navigation and tracking module (108) delivers real-time navigation, geofencing, and location-based recommendations. An SOS emergency broadcast module (110) transmits emergency alerts with live geographical coordinates to registered emergency contacts. An offline cache manager (116) stores tourism information for operation in low-connectivity regions and synchronizes data with a cloud backend platform (120). An event orchestration layer (118) coordinates communication among functional modules, while an external application programming interface integration layer (122) enables interaction with external services, thereby providing intelligent, secure, and context-aware tourism assistance.
