Abstract: The present invention relates to an AI-based smart water tank system for predictive leakage detection and usage pattern analytics. The system comprises water level sensors, flow rate sensors, and pressure sensors integrated with an embedded microcontroller unit for real-time monitoring of water storage and distribution networks. The collected data is processed by an AI-based analytics module that analyzes historical consumption patterns and compares them with real-time sensor inputs to identify abnormal water usage behavior. Leakage prediction is achieved by correlating variations in water level, flow imbalance between inlet and outlet pipelines, and pressure deviations. The system generates alerts through a mobile application or control interface upon detection of potential leakage or abnormal usage. In critical conditions, a smart valve mechanism automatically shuts off the water supply to prevent wastage. The system enables efficient water conservation, early leakage detection, and improved resource management.
