Abstract: When colleges and companies host online exams for placements, they face two major headaches: it is incredibly difficult to build unique, customized tests for different academic departments quickly, and it is very easy for students to cheat by opening new tabs, copying answers, or looking away from the screen. To solve these problems, this project introduces Academically, a centralized digital evaluation platform that transforms a standard web browser into a secure, automated examination room. The system acts as an invisible proctor and smart administrator combined into one platform, managing the entire test lifecycle without requiring students to download heavy or intrusive software. The system works seamlessly through a smart three-step workflow. The moment a student logs in, the platform instantly checks their specific department and generates a custom mix of aptitude and technical questions tailored exactly to their field. While the student is answering questions, an invisible monitoring system runs quietly in the browser, tracking real-time data like tab-switches, window minimization, or head movements via the webcam, instantly flagging any suspicious behavior as an infraction. Once the exam is submitted, the platform automatically scores the test and creates a visual talent dashboard for hiring managers, using interactive radar charts to display a student's strengths while cross-referencing high scores with security flags to catch dishonest attempts. Ultimately, this project completely automates the stressful exam creation and grading process, ensuring a fair, tamper-proof testing environment that helps institutions identify the most qualified candidates with absolute confidence.
