Abstract: ABSTRACT “AN AI-BASED SYSTEM AND PROCESS FOR ENHANCEMENT AND CLUSTERING EVALUATION OF CERVICAL CANCER IMAGES” The present invention relates to an artificial intelligence-based system and process for enhancement and clustering evaluation of cervical cancer images. The system comprises an image preprocessing module configured for denoising, contrast enhancement, sharpening correction, and normalization of cervical cell images. Machine learning algorithms are utilized for automated extraction of diagnostically relevant cellular features, followed by unsupervised clustering using algorithms including K- Means and DBSCAN. Clustering performance is evaluated using internal and external validation metrics comprising Silhouette Score, Calinski-Harabasz Index, Davies-Bouldin Index, Adjusted Rand Index, and Normalized Mutual Information. Dimensionality reduction techniques including t-distributed stochastic neighbor embedding and uniform manifold approximation and projection are utilized for visualization of clustered datasets. The invention improves cervical cancer image analysis, assists automated disease staging, and supports efficient diagnostic decision-making through artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques.
