Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention provides an AI-driven financial analytics and risk prediction system for business performance optimization. The system acquires financial and operational data from accounting systems, ERP systems, banking records, sales systems, inventory systems, and other business sources. The acquired data is preprocessed and transformed into financial and operational features including revenue growth, profitability, liquidity, debt, inventory, receivables, payables, and cash-flow indicators. An artificial intelligence analytics engine analyzes the features using one or more machine-learning models. A forecasting module predicts future business-performance parameters, while a risk prediction module determines financial-risk levels and generates a composite risk score. An anomaly detection module identifies abnormal financial patterns, and an optimization module generates AI-based recommendations for expenditure, cash-flow, inventory, receivables, debt, and resource management. An alert module provides early warnings regarding predicted financial risks. The system further compares predicted and actual outcomes to facilitate continuous model updating. The invention thereby provides integrated descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics for improved financial decision- making and business performance optimization.
