The invention comprises healthcare management modules, cloud-based data processing infrastructure, artificial intelligence-based disease analytics, telemedicine communication interfaces, and secure access control mechanisms. The system enables real-time sharing of medical records, disease surveillance information, vaccination data, and diagnostic reports among healthcare professionals, veterinary experts, and public health authorities. Artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms analyze integrated datasets to identify disease patterns, forecast outbreaks, and improve preventive healthcare.
