Abstract: ABSTRACT Transitioning from college to professional life often involves effective job interview performance, but many students have difficulty with communication issues such as speaking too quickly, having low self-esteem, and not knowing how to conduct themselves during an interview. Traditional preparation methods often provide limited opportunities for active learning and delayed feedback. The Smart Interview Trainer, an artificial intelligence-assisted learning environment created to improve students' professional communication Skills through interactive interview simulations, is presented in this study. During practice sessions, the system records live audio and video data on a web-based platform and gives learners immediate feedback so they can improve their communication. After using the system repeatedly, university students' speaking speed, communication awareness, and overall interview performance all improved, according to an empirical evaluation. A useful strategy for incorporating employability- focused training into higher education teaching practices is provided by the findings, which show how technology- supported feedback environments can encourage experiential and self-regulated learning.
