Abstract: The present invention discloses an artificial intelligence-powered real-time cybercrime detection and legal assistance system specifically designed to safeguard female users on social media platforms. The system comprises five integrated functional modules: (i) a Behavioural Threat Detection Engine employing Natural Language Processing (NLP) and machine learning algorithms to identify cybercrime patterns including cyberstalking, morphed image distribution, impersonation, non-consensual intimate image sharing, and online harassment in real time; (ii) a User Distress Profiling Module that monitors user interaction anomalies and computes a psychological distress score indicative of mental health impact arising from online abuse; (iii) an Automated Evidence Packaging Module that captures, timestamps, and cryptographically seals digital evidence including screenshots, metadata, and URL trails into tamper-proof bundles admissible under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and allied Indian Penal Code provisions; (iv) a Legal Pathway Navigator that maps detected cybercrime categories to applicable statutory remedies and directs users to relevant cyber cells, legal aid portals, and complaint mechanisms; and (v) a Cybersafety Awareness Dashboard that generates a personalized safety score based on the user's social media behaviour and prior exposure to cyber threats. The system operates as an API-integrated layer compatible with existing social media platforms and as a standalone mobile application. The invention addresses a critical gap in digital safety infrastructure for women by unifying threat detection, mental health monitoring, evidence preservation, and legal guidance within a single deployable architecture.
