Inventors include Shrishti Tripathi; and Dr. Rakhi Mishra.
The application for the patent was published on July 17, 2026, under issue no. 29/2026.
Abstract: The invention relates to an amorphous drug formulation for improving solubility of poorly water soluble active pharmaceutical ingredients. The formulation includes an amorphous drug domain associated with a polymeric carrier matrix, a precipitation inhibiting component, a wetting facilitator, and a moisture regulating excipient. The system enhances dissolution, supports supersaturation maintenance, and reduces recrystallization during storage. The formulation may be processed into tablets, capsules, sachets, oral films, granules, or multiparticulates with protective packaging for improved pharmaceutical performance and stability.
