The application for the patent was published on July 31, 2026, under issue no. 31/2026.
Abstract: ABSTRACT AN APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR DISLODGING PARTICULATE MATTER FROM A SCREEN OF A ROTARY PARTICULATE COLLECTOR The present disclosure discloses an apparatus and method for dislodging particulate matter from a screen (210) of a rotary particulate collector (204). The rotary particulate collector (204) is configured to permit an exhaust gas stream to flow through the screen (210), thereby enabling the collection of particulate matter entrained in the exhaust gas on both an inner surface and an outer surface of the screen (210). The apparatus (200) comprises a dislodging means (300) positioned adjacent to the screen (210) and configured to dislodge particulate matter accumulated on the inner and outer surfaces of the screen (210). The dislodging means (300) is at least one selected from a sonic wave generator (302) and a detonator mechanism (402).
