Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to an apparatus (100) for biomass pyrolysis conversion. The apparatus (100) includes a reactor (102) for continuous axial transport of biomass under oxygen-free conditions. Biomass enters through a hopper (122) and is regulated by a biomass screw feeder (118) before passing into an auger enclosure for biomass drying (116), where heat from a flue gas tube (120) and a flue gas connection pipe (114) reduces moisture, supported by an insulation layer (124). The processed biomass moves into a reaction zone connected via an L-shaped flange (106). A reaction chamber (126) initiates thermal processing, while a combustion chamber (130) supplies sustained heat through a connecting pipe (128). Non-condensable gases are routed through a pyro- gas connection pipe (112) for energy recovery. Vapours generated are directed to a vertical condenser (108) for separation, and all components are supported on a supporting frame (110) for structural stability.
