Abstract: ABSTRACT AN APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING LOTUS SILK An apparatus for manufacturing lotus silk, said apparatus comprising: a storage container (9) configured to host a lotus stem; an L-shaped structure (8) configured to receive said lotus stem from said storage container (9), with an internal lateral surface, of said L-shaped structure (8), hosting one end of the lotus stem, said L-shaped structure (8) being equipped with a photoelectric sensor receiver (13) configured to detect the stem's alignment and positions its needle for precise piercing; and a cutter (1), configured to be hoisted such that said cutter (1) is orthogonal to said hoisted lotus stem held by said L-shaped (8) structure, said cutter (1) being in communication with said lotus stem and is configured to make a precise cut on said L-shaped (8) structure-secured lotus stem, releasing its fibres.
