Abstract: ABSTRACT AN ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE ASSISTED UNIFIED CREATIVE WORKSPACE SYSTEM FOR DESIGNER WORKFLOW MANAGEMENT The present invention discloses an artificial intelligence assisted unified creative workspace system (100), designated the CRAYON system, comprising eight integrated modules: a user authentication and profile management module (110), an AI-driven guided project onboarding module (120), an AI inspiration aggregation and filtering engine (130), a persistent infinite canvas workspace module (140), an AI-powered design rationale and concept justification engine (150), an automated presentation generation and export module (160), a responsive user interface layer (170), and a backend data management and API integration layer (180). The system (100) addresses the fragmentation of the design creative workflow by consolidating inspiration discovery, semantic asset retrieval with diversity-balancing ranking, freeform canvas ideation, AI-generated concept justification, and automated multi-slide presentation export into a single platform. The AI inspiration aggregation and filtering engine (130) employs semantic embedding and approximate nearest-neighbour retrieval to deliver curated, contextually relevant design stimuli filtered by project parameters.
