The system comprises a data acquisition module (110) for collecting multi-dimensional worker data, an algorithmic management analyzer (120) for evaluating platform algorithmic practices, a psychological assessment engine (130) for processing data using machine learning algorithms, a sequential mediation analyzer (140) for modeling causal pathways between algorithmic management and well-being through psychological contract breach and job insecurity, an early warning system (150) for detecting deteriorating well-being patterns, and a recommendation engine (160) for generating personalized interventions.
