Abstract: The present invention is related to an automated advertisement generation system, the system comprising a multi-layer architecture for producing personalized multimedia advertisements. The Input Layer (101) is configured for data collection, receiving raw input in formats such as JSON, CSV, or text prompts through manual upload or API integrations, and performing data preprocessing using Pandas, NumPy, and NLTK to clean and normalize input. Script generation is achieved using language models including OpenAI GPT and LLaMA to produce scene scripts and instructions. The Processing Layer (102) applies Stable Diffusion for scene generation, GFPGAN for face restoration, and Real-ESRGAN for resolution upscaling. The Audio Generation Layer (103) utilizes text-to-speech engines such as ElevenLabs and gTTS to convert scripts into narration aligned with emotional tone. The Output Layer (104) merges generated frames and audio tracks using MoviePy, producing cohesive video compositions and exporting final outputs in MP4 format.
