Abstract: ABSTRACT Disclosed herein is an automated mapping system (100) for converting raw clinical data into standardized CDISC-compliant formats, the system (100) comprises a data ingestion module (102) configured to receive heterogeneous raw clinical data. A data pre-processing module (104) configured to perform data cleaning, normalization, de-identification, and transformation. A metadata extraction and annotation module (106) configured to identify, extract, and tag clinical variables, attributes, and relationships from the intermediate standardized representation. A mapping engine (108) configured to automatically map the extracted clinical variables. A validation and compliance module (110) configured to verify the mapped data. A transformation and output generation module (112) configured to convert the validated mapped data into CDISC-compliant datasets. A feedback and learning module (114) configured to iteratively refine the mapping engine (108). A user interface module (116) configured to enable user interaction for configuring mapping rules, reviewing mapping outputs, resolving validation errors, and generating audit trails.
