The application for the patent was published on July 17, 2026, under issue no. 29/2026.
Abstract: ABSTRACT AN AUTONOMOUS ROADSIDE SAFETY SYSTEM AND METHOD An autonomous roadside safety system (100) and method (200) for roadside safety management are disclosed. The system (100) includes a vision sensing module (102) configured to capture road scene data and an environment sensing module (104) configured to generate visibility condition data. A processing unit (106), operatively coupled to the modules (102, 104), detects and classifies accident events, determines a combined risk condition based on accident classification and visibility data, and responsively controls a display unit (108) to output a visibility-adaptive warning signal and a communication module (110) to transmit an alert signal. The system (100) operates as a standalone unit using a self-powering unit (112). The method (200) comprises acquiring (202) road scene data and environmental visibility data, detecting (204) and classifying (206) accident events, generating (208) the combined risk condition, adaptively controlling (210) a roadside display, and transmitting (212) an alert signal based on the combined risk condition. FIG. 1 will be the reference figure.
