Abstract: ABSTRACT AN EDUCATIONAL BOARD GAME SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CREATING AWARENESS ABOUT NEPOTISM The present invention discloses an educational board game system (100) and method for creating awareness about nepotism. The system (100) comprises a game board (110) having a board game path (112) divided into career level segments (114) including entry level (116), senior level (118), manager level (120), director level (122), and executive position (124). Career character player tokens (140) representing distinct professional roles are advanced along the path using a spinner assembly (150). The system (100) includes nepotism cards (160) containing favouritism scenarios, opportunity cards (170) containing merit-based scenarios, career cards (180), a currency system (190) with currency notes (192) and wallets (194), and branched path junctions (132) for strategic decision-making. Three-dimensional elements (210) including a winner's chair (212) enhance engagement.
