Abstract: The present invention discloses an effervescent herbal vitamin tablet and a method for preparation thereof, wherein the formulation is designed to provide controlled multi-stage release of active ingredients. The tablet comprises an effervescent base and multiple fractions of actives, including an immediate-release fraction of water-soluble vitamins, an intermediate-release fraction of coated herbal extracts, and a sustained-release fraction of encapsulated fat-soluble vitamins and antioxidants. The effervescent base enables rapid disintegration, while the structured formulation regulates sequential release of nutrients. The method involves granulation, coating, blending, and compression steps. The invention improves bioavailability, enhances therapeutic efficacy, and reduces dosing frequency, providing a patient-friendly and scalable solution compared to conventional immediate-release effervescent formulations.
