Inventors include Dr. Vijay Kumar Pandey; and Dr. Prachi Tripathi.
The application for the patent was published on July 17, 2026, under issue no. 29/2026.
Abstract: An embedded communication security module using hardware keys is disclosed for securing communication in constrained electronic devices. The module includes a protected key store, hardware key engine, session controller, communication policy gate, host processor interface, device communication interface, tamper monitor, lifecycle register set, and secure event recorder. Hardware keys are used internally by reference and are not exposed to firmware. Communication packets are released only after session, freshness, lifecycle, interface, and tamper conditions are satisfied, thereby providing protected authentication, replay resistance, and controlled embedded communication.
