Abstract: This invention relates to a chemical-free, temperature controlled mango ripening system that allows non-toxic and constant ripening of mangoes in a confined chamber. The system consists of a microcontroller, temperature sensor, relay controlled heating element to maintain the internal temperature that is ideal for natural ripening. The invention eliminates the need for harmful chemical such as Calcium Carbide which has adverse effects on human health. This system provides a cost-effective user friendly alternative. The system is designed for easy usage, low power consumption, adaptability for use with other climacteric fruits such as bananas, pears, apples, pineapples etc.,
