Abstract: The present invention relates to a herbal nutraceutical composition comprising a synergistic combination of twelve standardized plant-derived extracts formulated in optimized weight-by-weight proportions for promoting general health and wellness. The composition includes Moringa oleifera, fenugreek, spirulina, shilajit, amla, curry leaf, pudina, oregano, pomegranate peel, rosemary, curcumin, and piperine extracts. The formulation provides multi-pathway physiological support including antioxidant, immunomodulatory, metabolic, adaptogenic, and digestive benefits. Piperine is incorporated as a natural bioavailability enhancer to improve phytochemical absorption. Experimental evaluation conducted as per FSSAI methods demonstrates enhanced synergistic antioxidant activity up to approximately 97% radical scavenging activity and increased total polyphenol content compared to individual extracts. The composition is suitable for oral administration in capsule, tablet, powder, granule, or liquid dosage forms. The invention provides a standardized, stable, bioavailable, and commercially scalable nutraceutical formulation suitable for long-term health promotion and preventive healthcare applications.
