The present invention further relates to the intermediate compounds of Formulae II to Formulae XVIII and their preparation process, which are used in the preparation of Tirzepatide or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The present invention further relates to the process for preparing the Tirzepatide linker (SEQ ID NO. 3), its intermediate compounds of Formulae A to Formulae D and their preparation process, which are used in the preparation of the Tirzepatide linker (SEQ ID NO. 3).
