Abstract: Title: AN IMPROVED SOLAR DRYER SYSTEM WITH ENHANCED THERMAL 5 STORAGE AND CONTROLLED DRYING ENVIRONMENT The titled invention discloses an improved solar dryer system with enhanced thermal storage and controlled drying environment. The system comprises a solar air heating unit (5), a thermally insulated drying chamber (6) with multiple perforated drying trays 10 (7), and a controlled airflow mechanism (8) to ensure uniform moisture removal. A thermal energy storage unit (9) using phase change material is integrated to store excess heat during peak solar radiation and release it during low or no sunlight conditions. The proposed system reduces drying time, improves thermal efficiency, and enhances the quality of dried products compared to conventional drying methods.
