Inventors include Neha Sharma; and Ashish Joshi.
The application for the patent was published on July 17, 2026, under issue no. 29/2026.
Abstract: An inhalation solution for systemic drug delivery comprises a sterile aqueous carrier, an active pharmaceutical ingredient phase, a solubilizing system, a permeation modulating component, a tonicity and buffer module, and a stabilizing module. The solution is configured for unit dose storage and direct nebulization without dilution. During aerosol generation, the formulation maintains drug uniformity and produces respirable droplets suitable for lower pulmonary deposition. The deposited formulation supports epithelial transport of the active ingredient into systemic circulation while maintaining pulmonary compatible pH, osmolality, and stability.
