Abstract: The present invention relates to an insulated conductor granulator device (100) comprises an inlet hopper (1) configured to receive a bulk scrapped wire. A grinding chamber (2) configured to grind said bulk scrapped wire into a plurality of small pieces. A cooling tower (3) configured to prevent the overheating of a blades of said grinding chamber (2) during grinding operation. A dust collection unit (4) and an air flow unit (5) configured to collect the air containing dust and debris. A vibrator mesh separator (6) configured to separate the plurality of small pieces into copper, aluminium and plastic.
