Abstract: AN INTEGRATED ADAPTIVE VEHICLE SAFETY AND EMERGENCY RESPONSE SYSTEM ABSTRACT An integrated adaptive vehicle safety and emergency response system (112) 5 is provided. The system includes a multi-modal sensing subsystem (102) to acquire vehicle operational data from an on-board vehicle diagnostic interface, driver state data, inertial motion data and contextual data. The system further includes a behavioral intelligence engine (108) to generate driver-specific behavioral baselines from historical driving behavior and driver state data, gen10 erate vehicle-specific operational baselines correlated with said driver- specific behavioral baselines, compute real-time deviation metrics by comparing current data against said driverspecific and vehicle- specific baselines and determine an anomaly confidence level using fused vehicle, driver, and contextual data. The system further includes conversational artificial intelligence verification interface (104) to automatically initiate a natural-language interaction with 15 a driver upon detection of an anomaly exceeding a predefined confidence threshold, assess driver responsiveness based on response latency, coherence, and content and classify a driver condition as one of responsive, impaired, or unresponsive. 20 [FIG. 1B]
