Abstract: ABSTRACT: Title: An Integrated Clutch Calibration System for Vehicle Transmission and Method of Operation The present disclosure proposes an integrated clutch calibration system (100) for calibrating transmission clutch parameters using a centralized dashboard system in work vehicle, thereby enhancing operational efficiency, reducing complexity, and minimizing the need for external calibration tools. The clutch calibration AEB system (100) comprises a central dashboard unit (102), a transmission control module (TCM) (104), a hydraulic actuator unit (106) a clutch assembly (108), and a sensing unit (110). The integrated clutch calibration system (100) provides a lightweight and compact calibration solution suitable for portable and remote work vehicle operations, thereby improving overall operational efficiency. The integrated clutch calibration system (100) enhances the durability and reliability of the calibration process, thereby ensuring long-term performance in challenging operational conditions.
