Abstract: The present invention relates to an integrated coconut waste processing and value-addition system configured to convert coconut-derived waste into multiple useful products. The system comprises a mechanical coconut husk fiber extraction and grading arrangement for producing graded coir fiber and separating coir pith, a controlled thermal processing arrangement for converting coconut shell and biomass into carbonaceous material for activated carbon production, and a hot-water extraction arrangement for recovering soluble mineral constituents from coir pith. The extracted liquid fraction is filtered, concentrated and dried to obtain a biopotash- rich product, while the treated solid coir pith is conditioned and utilized as a substrate for mushroom cultivation. Thermal energy generated during biomass processing may be recovered for hot-water generation, drying and other processing operations. The integrated system enables efficient utilization of coconut waste, reduction of disposal and open burning, recovery of material and energy resources, and production of multiple commercially useful value-added products suitable for community- level, rural, agricultural and small-scale industrial applications.
